AI Voice Reception

Calls, integrations and what happens after the call.

The maths

What it costs to answer the phone

A medical clinic receptionist in Edmonton earns a median of $20.00 an hour. With CPP, EI, WCB, vacation and benefits, that’s about $23.60 an hour to the clinic.

Your front desk covers roughly 45 hours a week. There are 168 in a week. The other 123 — evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, lunch breaks, and every minute your receptionist is already on another call — aren’t covered by anyone. Those are the hours patients call and don’t get through.

We’re not here to replace your receptionist. She handles the patient standing in front of her, which no software should. We answer the hours she can’t be there — for under a dollar an hour, and without anyone having to be awake at 3am.

Integration

Connected to what you already run

Most AI receptionists will book into a calendar and stop there. That leaves your team retyping everything into the system where the patient record actually lives.

Ours writes into your practice-management system or CRM directly. Where there’s no ready-made connection, we build the API integration — that is included in the price rather than quoted as a project.

And the call doesn’t end the conversation. Every booking triggers a confirmation by SMS, WhatsApp or email, whichever your patients actually read, followed by a reminder before the appointment. The no-show rate is a front-desk problem long before it’s a clinical one.

Books into your system, not a spreadsheet

Jane, Accuro, Telus Health, your CRM. If a connector doesn’t exist, we build it.

Custom API integration, included

Not an add-on, not a change request.

Confirmations and reminders that arrive

SMS, WhatsApp or email, sent automatically, in your clinic’s voice.

Live in two working days

Give us your twenty most common caller questions and access to your phone line, and your agent answers its first call within two business days.

Free for four days, or 100 minutes of calls — about thirty calls — whichever comes first

No card. No contract. If it isn’t booking appointments by day four, walk away and you owe nothing.

Your agent is answering calls within two working days. For clinics, we run the Health Information Act privacy assessment alongside — it’s the part that decides your go-live date, and we won’t rush it.
The trial is a working agent on your real number, answering from your own FAQs and booking into a calendar. The full build — your practice-management integration, the privacy assessment and the custom API work — starts when you sign.

Not included

No exclusions at this tier — everything included.

Hindi and French Coming 15 September 2026

Add either language for 40% on top of the monthly fee — Reception Core becomes $839 a month, Reception Plus $1,539. The setup fee does not change.

We would rather explain that number than hide it. A bilingual voice agent costs us about 60% more per minute to run than an English one — the speech models are heavier and the infrastructure behind them is more expensive. We pass through less than the full increase, and we keep it as an add-on so that clinics running in English alone aren’t quietly paying for a capability they’ll never use.

If a meaningful share of your patients would rather book in Hindi or French, this pays for itself in completed bookings rather than abandoned calls. If they wouldn’t, don’t buy it.

Terms & conditions

Currency and tax. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST.
What you pay and when. The setup fee is payable in full before the build begins. The monthly fee is billed in advance on the same date each month, starting the day your agent goes live — not the day you sign.
No contract. Month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.
Your call allowance. Your plan includes a set number of answered calls each month. The allowance resets on your billing date and unused calls do not carry over. A call that runs longer than 8 minutes counts as two against the allowance.
Running out of calls. We alert you at 80% and again at 100% of your allowance — you will never meet an overage for the first time on an invoice. Additional capacity is bought in blocks of 40 calls ($295 on Core, $275 on Plus). Blocks are used within the billing month in which they are purchased. We never bill you for extra usage without telling you first.
Free trial. Four days or 100 minutes of calls, whichever comes first. No card required. The trial is a working agent on your number, answering from your FAQs and booking into a calendar. The full build — practice-management integration, privacy assessment and any custom API work — begins when you sign. If you do not continue, your agent is switched off and your data deleted within 30 days.
Setup time. Your agent is answering calls within 2 working days of us receiving your FAQs and phone access. For clients in regulated sectors, the privacy assessment runs alongside and determines the go-live date.
Disclosure. Every call opens by stating that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant. This is a requirement of Canadian privacy law and is not configurable.
Your data is yours. The phone number, the call recordings, the transcripts and the booking records belong to you. Your data is never used to train any AI model. You set the retention period, you may request deletion at any time, and if we part ways everything is returned or destroyed on your instruction.
Outbound calling. Outbound is used only for appointment reminders, confirmations and follow-ups to people you already have a relationship with. We do not make automated sales calls on your behalf, because Canada’s rules on automated calling do not permit it without express consent.
Regulated clients. For healthcare and other regulated sectors, a signed Information Manager Agreement and a completed privacy impact assessment are required before go-live. There are no exceptions to this, including at your request.
Price changes. We give 60 days’ notice of any change to your monthly fee. Your rate is held for the first 12 months.
Fair use. These plans are built for a single business location. Multi-site or call-centre volumes are quoted separately.
